适用范围
JB/T 8825.2-1998 本标准参照英国标准 BS 949.2-1979《丝锥规范（第二部分）统一螺纹的丝锥》中相关部分制订。螺纹极限尺寸偏差按 BS 949 的有关规定，对个别有错误的尺寸进行了修改。半角偏差参照我国国家标准 GB/T 968-1994《丝锥螺纹公差》制订。 本标准规定了惠氏加工螺纹丝锥螺纹牙型和尺寸的极限偏差。 本标准适用于惠氏螺纹的丝锥。 本标准于 1998 年 12 月 29 日首次发布。

【摘要】:1.1Purpose1.1.1Theprimarypurposeofthispracticeistoprovideguidanceformakingadequatethermalbalancetestsofspacecraftandcomponentswheresolarsimulationhasbeendeterminedtobetheapplicablemethod.Carefuladherencetothispracticeshouldensuretheadequatesimulationoftheradiationenvironmentofspaceforthermaltestsofspacevehicles.1.1.2Acorollarypurposeistoprovidethepropertestenvironmentforsystems-integrationtestsofspacevehicles.Anaccuratespace-simulationtestforthermalbalancegenerallywillprovideagoodenvironmentforoperatingallelectricalandmechanicalsystemsintheirvariousmissionmodestodetermineinterferenceswithinthecompletesystem.Althoughadherencetothispracticewillprovidethecorrectthermalenvironmentforthistypeoftest,thereisnodiscussionoftheextensiveelectronicequipmentandproceduresrequiredtosupportsystems-integrationtesting.1.2NonapplicabilityThispracticedoesnotapplytoorprovideincompletecoverageofthefollowingtypesoftests:1.2.1Launchphaseoratmosphericreentryofspacevehicles,1.2.2Landersonplanetsurfaces,1.2.3Degradationofthermalcoatings,1.2.4Increasedfrictioninspaceofmechanicaldevices,sometimescalled"coldwelding,"1.2.5Sunsensors,1.2.6Maninspace,1.2.7Energyconversiondevices,and1.2.8Testsofcomponentsforleaks,outgassing,radiationdamage,orbulkthermalproperties.1.3RangeofApplication1.3.1Theextremediversificationofspace-craft,designphilosophies,andanalyticaleffortmakesthepreparationofabrief,concisedocumentimpossible.Becauseofthis,variousspacecraftparametersareclassifiedandrelatedtotheimportantcharacteristicofspacesimulatorsinachartin.1.3.2Theultimateresultofthethermalbalancetestistoprovethethermaldesigntothesatisfactionofthethermaldesigners.Flexibilitymustbeprovidedtothemtotradeoffadditionalanalyticaleffortforsimulatorshortcomings.Thecombinationofacomprehensivethermal-analyticalmodel,moderncomputers,andacompetentteamofanalystsgreatlyreducestherequirementsforaccuracyofspacesimulation.1.4UtilityThispracticewillbeusefulduringspacevehicletestphasesfromthedevelopmentthroughflightacceptancetest.Itshouldprovideguidanceforspacesimulationtestingearlyinthedesignphaseofthermalcontrolmodelsofsubsystemsandspacecraft.Flightspacecraftfrequentlyaretestedbeforelaunch.Occasionally,testsaremadeinaspacechamberafterasisterspacecraftislaunchedasanaidinanalyzinganomaliesthatoccurinspace.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
