【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardappliesfor-curinginjectionmachineswithinfeedandoutfeeddevices;-curinginjectionmachineswithinfeedandoutfeeddevicesandloadingdevices.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoportable/handguidedcuringinjectiondevices.Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachines,appliancesandmachinerywhentheyareuseasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocuringinjectionmachinerywhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletocuringinjectionmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.1.2Thisstandardcoversthefollowingtypesofcuringinjectionmachines:Curinginjectionmachinesconsistmainlyofasingleormultilanecuringneedlestation,holdingdownclamp,infeedandoutfeeddevices,machineframeandrelateddrivesystem,andelectrical,electronic,orpneumaticcomponents,dependingonmachinetype.Curinginjectionmachinesinthescopeofthisstandardcanbeequippedwith:-infeedchute;-splashguardflaps;-singleormuti-lanecuringneedlebars(needlestation);-holdingdownclamp;-infeedandoutfeedconveyorbelt;-infeedandoutfeedrake;-interlockedtransportcarattheoutfeedside;-loadingdevicewithdeliverychute.Theproductbeingprocessed(raw,meat,gameorrawfish)iffedbyhandtotheinfeeddeviceofthecuringinjectionmachine.Theinfeeddevicetransportstheproducttotheneedlestation;theproductisthenpressedagainsttheinfeeddevicebyaholdingdownclamp.Theneedlesoftheneedlestationinjectthecuringliquidorotherfluidsintotheproduct.Theoutfeeddevicethentransportstheproductawayfromtheneedlestation.Thisstandardalsocoverstheloadingdevices,whichcanbenecessaryinthecaseofmachineswithhighcapacityand/orgreatheight.Curinginjectionmachinesinthescopeofthisstandardcanbestationaryormobile.1.2.1Curinginjectionmachineswithsingleormulti-lanecuringneedlebars,infeedandoutfeeddeviceattheinfeedandoutfeedside(seeFigure1).1.2.2Curinginjectionmachineswithsingleormulti-lanecuringneedlebars,infeedandoutfeeddeviceattheinfeedandoutfeedsideandaninterlockedtransportcarattheoutfeedside(seeFigure2).1.2.3Curinginjectionmachineswithsingleormulti-lanecuringneedlebars,infeedandoutfeeddeviceatinfeedandoutfeedsideandwithaloadingdevice(seeFigure3).1.3IntendeduseDuringtheproductionofthisstandardthefollowingassumptionsweremade:-Curinginjectionmachinesareinstalledatasufficientlightedplace.-Theyareusedonlybydesignatedandskilledoperators.-Althoughitshouldbeadvisedagainst,thisstandard,takingintoaccountpractice,dealswiththehazardsduetocleaningwithpressurisedwater.
