【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesatechniqueforthecontinuousproductionofcalibrationgasmixturesfrompuregasesorgasmixturesusingcapillarydevicesinsingleormultiplecombinations(gasdividers).Singlecapillarysystemscanbeusedtoprovidegasmixtureswheretheminorcomponentisintherangeofvolumefractionsfrom10to0,5.Therelativerepeatabilityofthistechniqueisapproximately2%.Thisapplicationisusedinindustrialgasmixingpanelsfortheproductionofspecificgasatmospheres.Gasdividerscanbeusedtodividegasmixturespreparedfromgasesorgasmixturesintocontrolledproportionsbyvolume.Thesedevicesarecapableofdilutionsintherangeofvolumefractionsfrom0,1to0,9oftheprimarygaswitharelativerepeatabilityofbetterthan0,5%.Traceabilityofthegasmixturesproducedbyagasdividercanbeachievedbycomparisonofamixtureatthehigherandlowerendoftherangewithgasmixturesrelatedtonationalorinternationalgasstandards.AnexampleisgiveninannexA.
