【摘要】:1.1GeneralThisInternationalStandardmakesrecommendationsfortheimplementationofdesignreviewasameansofverifyingthatthedesigninputrequirementshavebeenmetandstimulatingtheimprovementoftheproduct’sdesign.Theintentionisforittobeappliedduringthedesignanddevelopmentphaseofaproduct’slifecycle.Itprovidesguidelinesforplanningandconductingadesignreviewandspecificdetailsconcerningcontributionsbyspecialistsinreliability,maintenance,maintenancesupportandavailability.1.2ApplicationThestageorstagesatwhichadesignreviewistobeperformedshouldbedeterminedinthedesignanddevelopmentplanningstageofaprojectoradesigntask.Influencingfactorsshouldincludecustomerrequirements,regulatoryrequirements,thesizeandcomplexityoftheproduct,theusetowhichtheproductistobeput,andtheconsequencesoffailure.Thecosttocorrectdeficienciesinadesignandthepotentialconsequencesincreaseasthedesignnearscompletion.Also,asthedesignprogressestowardscompletion,sotheflexibilitytoimplementachangetocorrectadeficiencyortooptimizethedesigndecreases.1.3TypesofapplicationTherearetwotypesofapplication:eitheranin-housecreatedrequirementforanewdesign,oradesignrequirementfromanexternalsource.Inthecaseofthelatter,theriskofamisunderstandingismuchgreater.Anymisunderstandingcouldbecomeacontractualissueanddesignreviewmeetingswiththeclientwillbeofprimaryimportancetoensurethattheemergingdesignmeetstheclient'srequirements.
