【摘要】:Thispracticeisforuseinobtainingrepresentativesamplesofcarbonblackfromthepackagesintheshipment.Thesesamplesareusedtodeterminetheaveragequalityorvariabilityoftheshipment.1.1Thispracticecoversthesamplingofpackagedcarbonblacksforshipmentinbags,cartons,flexibleimmediatebulkcontainers(FIBC),orothernon-bulkpackages.Note18212;Theteststobemadeonthesamplesobtainedbythispracticeshallbedeterminedbytheproducerandtheconsumer.ThespecificdetailsofeachtestmethodaredescribedinappropriateASTMmethodsusedfortestingcarbonblack.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
