【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversmineraloilsusedinhydraulicsystems,wheretheperformancerequirementsdemandfluidswithoneofthefollowingcharacteristics:1.1.1Arefinedbaseoil(ClassHH),1.1.2Arefinedmineralbaseoilwithrustandoxidationinhibitors(ClassHL),and1.1.3Arefinedmineralbaseoilwithrustandoxidationinhibitorsplusantiwearcharacteristics(ClassHM).1.2Thisspecificationdefinestherequirementsofmineraloil-basedhydraulicfluidsthatarecompatiblewithmostexistingmachinerycomponentswhenthereisadequatemaintenance.1.3Thisspecificationdefinesonlynewlubricatingoilsbeforetheyareinstalledinthehydraulicsystem.1.4Thisspecificationdefinesspecifictypesofhydraulicoils.Itdoesnotincludeallhydraulicoils.Someoilsthatarenotincludedmaybesatisfactoryforcertainhydraulicapplications.Certainequipmentorconditionsofusemaypermitorrequireawiderornarrowerrangeofcharacteristicsthanthosedescribedherein.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5.1Exception8212;InX1.3.9onWearProtection,thevaluesofpumppressureareinMPa,andthepsifollowsinbracketsasareferencepointimmediatelyrecognizedbyalargepartoftheindustry.1.6Thefollowingsafetyhazardcaveatpertainstothetestmethodsreferencedinthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationpriortouse.
