【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationprovidesmeansforclassifyingsolarsimulatorsintendedforindoortestingofphotovoltaicdevices(solarcellsormodules),accordingtotheirspectralmatchtoareferencespectralirradiance,non-uniformityofspatialirradiance,andtemporalinstabilityofirradiance.1.2Testingofphotovoltaicdevicesmayrequiretheuseofsolarsimulators.TestMethodsthatrequirespecificclassificationofsimulatorsasdefinedinthisspecificationincludeTestMethodsE948,E1036,andE1362.1.3Thisstandardisapplicabletobothpulsedandsteadystatesimulatorsandincludesrecommendedtestrequirementsusedforclassifyingsuchsimulators.1.4Asolarsimulatorusuallyconsistsofthreemajorcomponents:(1)lightsource(s)andassociatedpowersupply;(2)anyopticsandfiltersrequiredtomodifytheoutputbeamtomeettheclassificationrequirementsinSection4;and(3)thenecessarycontrolstooperatethesimulator,adjustirradiance,etc.1.5Alightsourcethatdoesnotmeetallofthedefinedrequirementsforclassificationpresentedinthisdocumentmaynotbereferredtoasasolarsimulator.1.6SpectralirradianceclassificationsareprovidedforAirMass1.5directandglobal(asdefinedinTablesG173),orAirMass0(AM0,asdefinedinStandardE490).1.7Theclassificationofasolarsimulatorisbasedonthesizeofthetestplane;simulatorswithsmallertestplaneareashavetighterspecificationsfornon-uniformityofspatialirradiance.1.8Thedataacquisitionsystemmayaffecttheabilitytosynchronizeelectricalmeasurementswithvariationsinirradianceandthereforemaybeincludedinthisspecification.Inallcases,themanufacturermustspecifywiththetemporalinstabilityclassification:(1)howtheclassificationwasdetermined;and(2)theconditionsunderwhichtheclassificationwasdetermined.1.9Theclassificationofasolarsimulatordoesnotprovideanyinformationaboutelectricalmeasurementerrorsthatarerelatedtophotovoltaicperformancemeasurementsobtainedwithaclassifiedsolarsimulator.Sucherrorsaredependentontheactualinstrumentationandproceduresused.1.10ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.11Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothehazardsportion,Section6,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
