【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverseyeprotectors,designedforusebyplayersoffieldhockeythatminimizeorsignificantlyreduceinjurytotheeyeandadnexaduetoimpactbyandpenetrationoffieldhockeyballsandfieldhockeysticks.Contactwiththeeyeoftheheadformconstitutesfailure.Protectiveeyewearoffersprotectiononlytotheeyesanddoesnotprotectotherpartsofthehead.1.2Impacttestingisdoneinalaboratorysetting.Eyecontactisdeterminedbyobservation.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.MetricunitsofmeasurementinthisspecificationareinaccordancewiththeInternationalSystemofUnits(SI).Ifavalueformeasurementasgiveninthisspecificationisfollowedbyanequivalentvalueinotherunits,thefirststatedistoberegardedastherequirement.Agivenequivalentvaluemaybeapproximate.1.4Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion(Sections8,9,and10)ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstestsforthemagneticpropertiesofbasicflat-rolledmagneticmaterialsatpowerfrequencies(25to400Hz)usinga25-cmEpsteintestframeandthe25-cmdouble-lap-jointedcore.Itcoversthedeterminationofcoreloss,rmsexcitingpower,rmsandpeakexcitingcurrent,andseveraltypesofacpermeabilityandrelatedpropertiesofflat-rolledmagneticmaterialsunderacmagnetization.ThistestmethodshallbeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeA34.Thistestmethodprovidesatestforcorelossandexcitingcurrentatmoderateandhighinductionsupto15kG(1.5T)onnonorientedelectricalsteelsandupto18kG(1.8T)ongrain-orientedelectricalsteels.Thefrequencyrangeofthistestmethodisnormallythatofthecommercialpowerfrequencies50to60Hz.Withproperinstrumentationitisalsoacceptableformeasurementsatotherfrequenciesfrom25to400Hz.Thistestmethodalsoprovidesproceduresforcalculatingacimpedancepermeabilityfrommeasuredvaluesofrmsexcitingcurrentandforacpeakpermeabilityfrommeasuredpeakvaluesoftotalexcitingcurrentsatmagnetizingforcesuptoabout150Oe(12000A/m).Explanationofsymbolsandabbreviateddefinitionsappearinthetextofthistestmethod.TheofficialsymbolsanddefinitionsarelistedinTerminologyA340.Thevaluesstatedineithercustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)unitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbracketsexceptforthesectionsconcerningcalculationswherethereareseparatesectionsfortherespectiveunitsystems.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthesystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththistestmethod.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
