【摘要】:1.1MainpurposeThisEuropeanstandarddefinesthecharacteristicsrequiredtosyntheticallydescribetheorganisationandcontentofhumananatomywithinaterminologicalsystem.Itisintendedprimarilyforusewithcomputer-basedapplicationssuchasclinicalelectronichealthrecords,decisionsupportandforvariousbio-medicalresearchpurposes.ThisEuropeanstandardwillserveto?facilitatetheconstructionofnewterminologicalsystemsinaregularformwhichwillincreasetheircoherenceandexpressiveness;?facilitatemaintenanceofhumananatomywithinterminologicalsystems;?increaseconsistencyandcoherenceofexistingterminologicalsystem;?allowsystematiccross-referencesbetweenitemsofhumananatomyindifferenttypesofterminologicalsystems;?facilitateconvergenceamonghumananatomywithinterminologicalsystems;?makeexplicittheoverlapforhumananatomybetweendifferenthealthcaredomainsterminologicalsystems;?provideelementsfornegotiationaboutintegrationofdifferentterminologicalsystemsintoinformationsystemsbetweentherespectivedevelopers;?enablethesystematicevaluationofhumananatomywithinterminologicalsystems.1.2TargetgroupsTheEuropeanstandarditselfisnotsuitableorintendedforuseby,individualcliniciansorhospitaladministrators.ThetargetgroupsforthisEuropeanstandardare:?designersofspecialisedstandardhealthcareterminologicalcategorialstructures;?developersofhealthcareterminologicalsystemsincludingclassificationsandcodingsystems;?producersofservicesforterminologicalsystemsanddesignersofsoftwareincludingnaturallanguageprocessing;?informationmodellers,knowledgeengineers,andstandardsdevelopersbuildingmodelsforhealthinformationmanagementsystems;?developersofinformationsystemsthatrequireanexplicitrepresentationofhealthcareterminologicalsystems;?developersofmarked-upstandardsforrepresentationofhealthcaredocuments.1.3TopicsoutsidethescopeThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincludecategorialstructurethatmaybenecessaryforthedescriptionofdevelopmentalanatomyduringthehumanlifecycle,whichincludesprenataldevelopment,post-natalgrowthandaging.ThisEuropeanStandardhasbeendevelopedforuseasanintegratedpartofcomputer-basedapplicationsandfortheelectronichealthcarerecord.Itwouldbeoflimitedvalueformanualuse.ItisnotthepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardtostandardisetheenduserclassificationofhumananatomyterminologyortoconflictwiththeconceptsystemsembeddedinnationalpracticeandlanguages.
