【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheminimumconcentrationofadust-airmixturethatwillpropagateadeflagrationinanear-sphericalclosedvesselof20Lorgreatervolume.Note1Theminimumexplosibleconcentration(MEC)isalsoreferredtoasthelowerexplosibilitylimit(LEL)orleanflammabilitylimit(LFL).1.2Dataobtainedfromthistestmethodprovidearelativemeasureofthedeflagrationcharacteristicsofdustclouds.1.3Thistestmethodshouldbeusedtomeasureanddescribethepropertiesofmaterialsinresponsetoheatandflameundercontrolledlaboratoryconditionsandshouldnotbeusedtodescribeorappraisethefirehazardorfireriskofmaterials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.However,resultsofthistestmaybeusedaselementsofafireriskassessmentthattakesintoaccountallofthefactorsthatarepertinenttoanassessmentofthefirehazardofaparticularenduse.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection8.
