【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheresistanceofplasticstobreakagebyflexuralshock,asindicatedbytheenergyextractedfromstandardizedpendulum-typehammers,mountedinstandardizedmachines,inbreakingstandardspecimenswithonependulumswing.Theresultofthistestmethodisreportedasenergyabsorbedperunitofspecimenwidth.Note1Thependulum-typetestinstrumentshavebeenstandardizedinthattheymustcomplywithcertainrequirements,includingafixedheightofhammerfallthatresultsinasubstantiallyfixedvelocityofthehammeratthemomentofimpact.Pendulumsofdifferentinitialenergies(producedbyvaryingtheireffectiveweights)arerecommendedforusewithspecimensofdifferentimpactstrengths.Moreover,manufacturersoftheequipmentarepermittedtousedifferentlengthsandconstructionsofpendulums(withresultingpossibledifferencesinpendulumrigidities(seeSection),andotherdifferencesinmachinedesign).1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note2ThisstandardandISO180,Method1U,aresimilarincontentbutarenottechnicallyequivalent.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61800specifieselectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)requirementsforpowerdrivesystems(PDSs).APDSisdefinedin3.1.Theseareadjustablespeeda.c.ord.c.motordrives.RequirementsarestatedforPDSswithconverterinputand/oroutputvoltages(line-to-linevoltage),upto35kVa.c.r.m.s.PDSscoveredbythisstandardarethoseinstalledinresidential,commercialandindustriallocationswiththeexceptionoftractionapplications,andelectricvehicles.PDSsmaybeconnectedtoeitherindustrialorpublicpowerdistributionnetworks.Industrialnetworksaresuppliedbyadedicateddistributiontransformer,whichisusuallyadjacenttoorinsidetheindustriallocation,andsuppliesonlyindustrialcustomers.Industrialnetworkscanalsobesuppliedbytheirownelectricgeneratingequipment.Ontheotherhand,PDSscanbedirectlyconnectedtolow-voltagepublicmainsnetworkswhichalsosupplydomesticpremises,andinwhichtheneutralisgenerallyearthed(grounded).ThescopeofthispartofIEC61800,relatedtoEMC,includesabroadrangeofPDSsfromafewhundredwattstohundredsofmegawatts.PDSsareoftenincludedinalargersystem.Thesystemaspectisnotcoveredbythisstandardbutguidanceisprovidedintheinformativeannexes.TherequirementshavebeenselectedsoastoensureEMCforPDSsatresidential,commercialandindustriallocations.Therequirementscannot,however,coverextremecaseswhichmayoccurwithanextremelylowprobability.ChangesintheEMCbehaviourofaPDS,asaresultoffaultconditions,arenottakenintoaccount.TheobjectofthisstandardistodefinethelimitsandtestmethodsforaPDSaccordingtoitsintendeduse.Thisstandardincludesimmunityrequirementsandrequirementsforelectro-magneticemissions.NOTE1Emissioncancauseinterferenceinotherelectronicequipment(forexampleradioreceivers,measuringandcomputingdevices).Immunityisrequiredtoprotecttheequipmentfromcontinuousandtransientconductedandradiateddisturbancesincludingelectrostaticdischarges.TheemissionandimmunityrequirementsarebalancedagainsteachotherandagainsttheactualenvironmentofthePDS.ThisstandarddefinestheminimumEMCrequirementsforaPDS.Immunityrequirementsaregivenaccordingtotheenvironmentclassification.Low-frequencyemissionrequirementsaregivenaccordingtothenatureofthesupplynetwork.High-frequencyemissionrequirementsaregivenaccordingtofourcategoriesofintendeduse,whichcoverbothenvironmentandbringingintooperation.Asaproductstandard,thisstandardmaybeusedfortheassessmentofPDS.ItmayalsobeusedfortheassessmentofCDMorBDM(see3.1),whichcanbemarketedseparately.Thisstandardcontains:-conformityassessmentrequirementsforproductstobeplacedonthemarket;-recommendedengineeringpractice(see6.5)forcaseswherehighfrequencyemissionscannotbemeasuredbeforetheequipmentisplacedonthemarket(suchPDSsaredefinedin3.2.6ascategoryC4).NOTE2ThefirsteditionofIEC61800-3identifiedthattheintendedusecouldrequireengineeringforputtingintoservice.Thiswasdonebythe"restricteddistributionmode".Equipmentthatusedtobecoveredbythe"restricteddistributionmode"iscoveredinthesecondeditionbycategoriesC2andC4(see3.2).ThisstandardisintendedasacompleteEMCproductstandardfortheEMCconformityassessmentofproductsofcategoriesC1,C2andC3,whenplacingthemonthemarket(seedefinitions3.2.3to3.2.5).RadiofrequencyemissionofequipmentofcategoryC4isonlyassessedwhenitisinstalledinitsintendedlocation.Itisthereforetreatedasafixedinstallation,forwhichthisstandardgivesrulesofengineeringpracticein6.5andannexE,althoughitgivesnodefinedemissionlimits(exceptincaseofcomplaint).Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyanysafetyrequirementsfortheequipmen
