【摘要】:ThispartofISO10360specifiesacceptanceandperiodicreverificationtestsofCMMperformancewithcontactingprobingsystemsandisonlyapplicabletoCMMsusing-anytypeofcontactingprobingsystem,-adiscretepointprobingmode,and-sphericalorhemisphericalstylustip(s).ItcomplementsISO10360-7,whichisthemoduleforCMMswithvideoprobingsystems,andISO10360-2,whichisuniversal,i.e.notprobe-typespecific.NOTEItistheCMMprobingperformancetestswhicharespecifiedbythemaximumpermissibleerrors(MPEs),duetotheimpracticalityofisolatingtheperformanceoftheprobingsystemfromthatoftheCMM,evenonasmallartefactsuchasatestsphere.ThispartofISO10360appliestoCMMssuppliedwithanyofthefollowing:a)single-stylusprobingsystem;b)multi-stylusprobingsystemswithfixedmultiplestyliattachedtoasingleprobe(e.g.“star”stylus);c)multipleprobingsystemssuchasthosewithastylusforeachoftheirprobes;d)systemswitharticulatingprobing;e)stylusandprobechangingsystems;f)manual(non-driven)CMMs.ThispartofISO10360isnotapplicabletonon-contactingprobingsystems,whichrequiredifferenttestingprocedures.Theterms“multi-stylussizeerror”,etc.,shouldstrictlybewritten“combinedCMMandmulti-stylusprobingsystemsizeerror”,etc.Forconvenience,thewordinghasbeentruncated.Ifitisdesiredtoisolatetheprobing-systemperformanceasfarasispractical,theinfluenceoftheCMMcanbeminimized.SeeAnnexCformoreinformation.
