【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestestmethodsfordeterminingthestrengthanddurabilityofstorageunitsthatarefullyassembledandreadyforuse,includingtheirmovableandnon-movableparts.Thetestsconsistoftheapplication,tovariouspartsoftheunit,ofloads,forcesandvelocitiessimulatingnormalfunctionaluse,aswellasmisuse,thatmightreasonablybeexpectedtooccur.WiththeexceptionofthesustainedloadtestsinClause6,thetestsaredesignedtoevaluatepropertieswithoutregardtomaterials,design/constructionormanufacturingprocesses.Thetestresultsareonlyvalidfortheunit/componenttested.Theseresultsmaybeusedtorepresenttheperformanceofproductionmodelsprovidedthatthetestedmodelisrepresentativeoftheproductionmodel.TestscarriedoutaccordingtothisInternationalStandardareintendedtodemonstratetheabilityoftheitemtogivesatisfactoryserviceinitsintendedenvironment.Thetestshavebeendevelopedforunits/componentsthathavenotbeeninuse.However,whenproperlyjustified,theymaybeusedforfaultinvestigation.Thestrengthanddurabilitytestsdonotassessthestructureofthebuilding,e.g.thestrengthofwallhangingcabinetsincludesonlythecabinetandthepartsusedfortheattachment.Thewallandtheattachmentintothewallarenotincluded.Assessmentofageinganddegradationisnotincluded.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestestmethodsonly.Itdoesnotspecifyrequirements.Theseshouldbespecifiedinarequirementsdocument.Ifthisisnotavailable,suggestedloadsandcyclescanbefoundinAnnexA.AnnexBdescribestwoapparatusesusedforslam-shutandslam-opentestsofextensionelements.
