【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodisanindextestusedtomeasuretheforcerequiredtocontinueorpropagateatearinwovenornon-wovengeotextilesbythetrapezoidmethod.Whileusefulforqualitycontrolandacceptancetesting,thetrapezoidteartestdoesnotprovidealltheinformationneededforalldesignapplicationsandothertestmethodsshouldbeused.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletomostgeotextilesthatincludewovenfabrics,nonwovenfabrics,layeredfabrics,knitfabrics,andfeltsthatareusedforgeotextileapplications.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
