【摘要】:Thisstandardpresentsmetallicmaterialrequirementstoprovideresistancetosulfidestresscracking(SSC)and/orstresscorrosioncracking(SCC)forpetroleumproduction,drilling,gatheringandflowlineequipment,andfieldprocessingfacilitiestobeusedinhydrogensulfide(H2S)-bearinghydrocarbonservice.Thisstandarddoesnotincludeandisnotintendedtoincludedesignspecifications.Otherformsofcorrosionandothermodesoffailure,althoughoutsidethescopeofthisstandard,shouldalsobeconsideredindesignandoperationofequipment.SeverelycorrosiveconditionsmayleadtofailuresbymechanismsotherthanSSCand/orSCCandshouldbemitigatedbycorrosioninhibitionormaterialsselection,whichareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.Forexample,somelower-strengthsteelsusedforpipelinesandvesselsmaybesubjectedtofailurebyhydrogen-inducedcracking(blisteringandstepwisecracking)asaresultofhydrogendamageassociatedwithgeneralcorrosioninthepresenceofH2S.
