【摘要】:ISO10423:2003specifiesrequirementsandgivesrecommendationsfortheperformance,dimensionalandfunctionalinterchangeability,design,materials,testing,inspection,welding,marking,handling,storing,shipment,purchasing,repairandremanufactureofwellheadandchristmastreeequipmentforuseinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.ISO10423:2003doesnotapplytofielduse,fieldtestingorfieldrepairofwellheadandchristmastreeequipment.ISO10423:2003isapplicabletowellheadequipment(casingheadhousings,casingheadspools,tubingheadspools,cross-overspools,multi-stageheadhousingsandspools),connectorsandfittings(cross-overconnectors,tubingheadadapters,topconnectors,teesandcrosses,fluid-samplingdevices,adapterandspacerspools),casingandtubinghangers(mandrelhangers,sliphangers),valvesandchokes(singlevalves,multiplevalves,actuatedvalves,valvespreparedforactuators,checkvalves,chokes,surfaceandunderwatersafetyvalvesandactuators,back-pressurevalves),looseconnectors[flanged,threaded,otherendconnectors(oec),andwelded](weldneckconnectors,blindconnectors,threadedconnectors,adapterandspacerconnectors,bullplugs,valve-removalplugs),otherequipment(actuators,hubs,pressureboundarypenetrations,ringgaskets,runningandtestingtools,wearbushings).ISO10423:2003definesserviceconditions,intermsofpressure,temperatureandmaterialclassforthewell-boreconstituents,andoperatingconditions.ISO10423:2003establishesrequirementsforfiveproductspecificationlevels(PSL).ThesefivePSLdesignationsdefinedifferentlevelsoftechnicalqualityrequirements.Italsoprovidesguidelines(notrequirements)forselectinganacceptablePSL.
