【摘要】:Thevaluesobtainedbythistestmethodareapplicableonlytoconditionsthatspecificallyduplicatetheproceduresused.Afterascalingconstantisdeterminedforonediameter,thismaybeusedforcalculatingtheexternalfailurepressuresofotherdiametersaslongastheresinandreinforcement(ifused),thewallthickness-to-diameterratio,andthereinforcementpattern(ifreinforcementisused)arethesame.Note38212;Basedupontestsconductedononesizeofpipe,ascalingconstantiscalculatedaccordingto12.1or12.2.Theappropriateconstantisusedtocalculatefailurepressureforotherpipediameters,butitcanonlybeappliedifthesameresinandreinforcementareused,thewallthicknesstodiameterratiosaresimilar,andthereinforcementpatternisconstant.Intheapplicationofthefollowingtestrequirementsandrecommendations,caremustbeexercisedtoensurethatthespecimenstestedaretrulyrepresentativeofthegroupbeingstudied.FIG.1ApparatusShowingSpecimenLoadingwithBothHoopandAxialLoadsFIG.2ApparatusShowingSpecimenLoadingwithHoopLoadOnly1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationoftheresistanceoffiberglasspipetoexternalpressure.Itclassifiesfailuresasbuckling,compressive,andleaking.Bothglass-fiber-reinforcedthermosetting-resinpipe(RTRP)andglass-fiber-reinforcedplasticmortarpipe(RPMP)arefiberglasspipes.Note18212;Forthepurposesofthisstandard,polymerdoesnotincludenaturalpolymers.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Note18212;ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofhesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO12217specifiesmethodsforevaluatingthestabilityandbuoyancyofintact(i.e.undamaged)boats.Theflotationcharacteristicsofboatsvulnerabletoswampingarealsoencompassed.TheevaluationofstabilityandbuoyancypropertiesusingthispartofISO12217willenabletheboattobeassignedtoadesigncategory(CorD)appropriatetoitsdesignandmaximumload.ThispartofISO12217isapplicabletoboatsofhulllengthlessthan6m,whetherpropelledbyhumanormechanicalpower,excepthabitablesailingmultihulls.Boatsofhulllengthlessthan6m,whicharefittedwithafulldeckandquick-drainingcockpit(s)complyingwithISO11812mayalternativelybeassessedusingISO12217-1orISO12217-2(fornon-sailingandsailingboatsrespectively),inwhichcasehigherdesigncategoriesmaybeassigned.
