【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiesrequirementsfortapewrappedroundcopperwindingwireoftemperatureindex220.Theinsulationconsistsofoneormorewrappingsofaromaticpolyamide(aramid)tapeofvariousthicknesses.NOTE-Forthistypeofwiretheheatshocktestisinappropriateandthereforeaheatshocktemperaturecannotbeestablished.Consequently,aclassbasedontherequirementsfortemperatureindexandheatshocktemperaturecannotbespecified.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichthewireisrecommendedtobeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypesofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-1,600mmuptoandincluding5,000mm;-thenominalconductordiametersaregivenintable1.Whenreferenceismadetowindingwireaccordingtothisstandard,thefollowinginformationshouldbegiven:-referencetoIEC60317-52;-diameteroftheconductor;-referenceshouldalsobemadetothenumberandthicknessofthetapesusedandtothedegreeofoverlap,asagreedbetweenthepurchaserandsupplier.
