【摘要】:TheAdaSemanticInterfaceSpecification(ASIS)isaninterfacebetweenanAdaenvironment(asdefinedbyISO/IEC8652:1995)andanytoolrequiringinformationfromthisenvironment.AnAdaenvironmentincludesvaluablesemanticandsyntacticinformation.ASISisanopenandpublishedcallableinterfacewhichgivesCASEtoolandapplicationdevelopersaccesstothisinformation.ASIShasbeendesignedtobeindependentofunderlyingAdaenvironmentimplementations,thussupportingportabilityofsoftwareengineeringtoolswhilerelievingtooldevelopersfromneedingtounderstandthecomplexitiesofanAdaenvironment'sproprietaryinternalrepresentation.ExamplesoftoolsthatbenefitfromtheASISinterfaceinclude:automatedcodemonitors,browsers,calltreetools,codereformators,codingstandardscompliancetools,correctnessverifiers,debuggers,dependencytreeanalysistools,designtools,documentgenerators,metricstools,qualityassessmenttools,reverseengineeringtools,re-engineeringtools,safetyandsecuritytools,stylecheckers,testtools,timingestimators,andtranslators.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheformandmeaningoftheASISinterfacetotheAdacompilationenvironment.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotoolsandapplicationsneedingsyntacticandsemanticinformationintheAdacompilationenvironment.
