【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsfortestingitemsofequipmentintendedforuseonrailwayvehicleswhicharesubsequentlysubjectedtovibrationsandshockowingtothenatureofrailwayoperationalenvironment.Togainassurancethatthequalityoftheitemisacceptable,ithastowithstandtestsofreasonabledurationthatsimulatetheserviceconditionsseenthroughoutitsexpectedlife.Simulatedlong-lifetestingcanbeachievedinanumberofwayseachhavingtheirassociatedadvantagesanddisadvantages,thefollowingbeingthemostcommon:a)amplification:wheretheamplitudesareincreasedandthetimebasedecreased;b)timecompression:wheretheamplitudehistoryisretainedandthetimebaseisdecreased;c)decimation:wheretimeslicesofthehistoricaldataareremovedwhentheamplitudesarebelowaspecifiedthresholdvalue.Theamplificationmethodasstatedina)above,isusedinthisstandardandtogetherwiththepublicationsreferredtoinclause2;itdefinesthedefaulttestproceduretobefollowedwhenvibrationtestingitemsforuseonrailwayvehicles.However,otherstandardsdoexistandmaybeusedwithprioragreementbetweenthemanufacturerandthecustomer.Insuchcasesattestationoftestingagainstthisstandardwillnotapply.WhereserviceinformationisavailablecomparisonwiththestandardcanbeperformedusingthemethodoutlinedinannexA.Whilstthisstandardisprimarilyconcernedwithrailwayvehiclesonfixedrailsystems,itswideruseisnotprecluded.Forsystemsoperatingonpneumatictyres,orothertransportationsystemssuchastrolleybuses,wherethelevelofshockandvibrationclearlydifferfromthoseobtainedonfixedrailsystems,thesupplierandcustomercanagreeatthetenderstage,thetestlevels.Itisrecommendedthatthefrequencyspectraandtheshockduration/amplitudebedeterminedusingtheguidelinessetoutinannexA.Itemstestedatlevelsoutsidethosequotedinthisstandardcannotbecertifiedagainsttherequirementsofthisstandard.Anexampleofthisistrolleybuses,wherebybody-mountedtrolleybusequipmentcouldbetestedinaccordancewithcategory1equipmentreferredtointhestandard.Thisstandardappliestosingleaxistesting.Multi-axistestingisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.Thetestvaluesquotedinthisstandardhavebeendividedintothreecategoriesdependentonlyupontheequipment'slocationwithinthevehicle.Category1BodymountedClassACubicles,subassemblies,equipmentandcomponentsmounteddirectlyonorunderthecarbody.ClassBAnythingmountedinsideanequipmentcasewhichisinturnmounteddirectlyonorunderthecarbody.NOTE-ClassBshouldbeusedwhenitIsnotclearwheretheequipmentistobelocated.Category2BogiemountedCubicles,subassemblies,equipmentandcomponentswhicharetobemountedonthebogieofarailwayvehicle.Category3AxlemountedSubassemblies,equipmentandcomponentsorassemblieswhicharetobemountedonthewheelsetassemblyofarailwayvehicle.NOTE-Inthecaseofequipmentmountedonvehicleswithonelevelofsuspensionsuchaswagonsandtrucks,unlessotherwiseagreedatthetenderstage,axlemountedequipmentwillbetestedascategory3,andallotherequipmentwillbetestedascategory2.Thecostoftestingisinfluencedbytheweight,shapeandcomplexityoftheitemundertest.Consequentlyatthetenderstagethesuppliermayproposeamorecosteffectivemethodofdemonstratingcompliancewiththerequirementsofthisstandard.Wherealternativemethodsareagreeditwillbetheresponsibilityofthesuppliertodemonstratetohiscustomerorhisrepresentativethattheobjectiveofthisstandardhasbeenmet.Ifanalternativemethodofevaluationisagreed,thentheitemtestedcannotbecertifiedagainsttherequirementofthisstandard.Thisstandardisintendedtoevaluateequi

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcanbeusedasaquality-controltestforslagproductionfromasinglesourceafteradequatecorrelationwithtestsstipulatedinSpecificationC989.Thistestmethodmaybeusedasanevaluationtechniqueforslag,whenanappropriatecorrelationwithvariousfinenessesofslagsfromaspecificsourcegroundinaspecificlaboratorymillhasbeenpreviouslydeveloped.Thehydraulicactivityasmeasuredbythistestmethodonground-slagsamplescanprovideguidancetoamanufacturerastofinenesslevelrequiredtomaintainacertainlevelofhydraulicactivity.Whilethistestmethodisintendedprimarilyasaqualitycontroltest,somestudieshaveshownthatthetestmethodiscapableofevaluatingthehydraulicactivityofslagsfromdifferentsources.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstherapiddeterminationofhydraulicactivityofground-granulatedironblast-furnaceslag.Thistestmethodmeasurestheacceleratedstrengthdevelopmentoftheslagbyusingsodiumhydroxidesolutionasmixingwaterandcuringatelevatedtemperature.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.AspecificwarningstatementisgiveninSection6.1.4Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintables)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthisstandard.
